WF's Buck's Tuna Salad my claim to fame
I cooked for the deli @ WF's in the late 90's in Brighton, MA. My boss named the tuna salad that I got stuck making all the time, after me. It is still being sold on the eastern seaboard in WF's. Periodically people send me photos of it.
